1+X证书制度认同度影响因素研究
Research on the Influencing Factors of 1+X Certificate System Identification

Abstract
As the main body implementing the 1+X certificate system,the degree of recognition of the 1+X certificate system by vocational college students is of great significance for its promotion.Analysis of higher vocational college student samples using semi-structured interviews revealed that teacher support,self-efficacy,employment pressure,and learning engagement are important factors influencing 1+X certificate system recognition.Based on this,a research hypothesis model was constructed to study the factors influencing higher vocational college students'recognition of the 1+X certificate system.Quantitative data was collected through a questionnaire survey,and structural equation modeling was used for validation analysis.The findings indicate that teacher support,self-efficacy,and employment pressure positively influence recognition of the 1+X certificate system,with teacher support being the most significant factor.Recognition of the 1+X certificate system also positively influences learning engagement.Recommendations are provided from the perspectives of management departments,schools,teachers,and students to enhance vocational college students'recognition of the 1+X certificate system.关键词
