德技并修是新时代职业教育改革发展的重要使命,培养"厚乎德行、辩乎言谈、博乎道术"的"兼士"是墨家人才培养目标.古老的墨家思想从平等博爱、不嫌鄙事、培养"兼士"三个方面奠定了新时代职业教育人才培养的精神底色.在历史长河中形成的德以为先的道德教育内容、技以为本的实践教育导向,蕴藏了新时代高职教育德技并修的文化基因.现代高职教育可以从五个维度做好人才培养工作,即抓好"立德树人",落实根本任务;讲好"职教故事",提升社会认同;强调"关键能力",关注实践养成;推动"三教改革",创新人才培养;矢志服务社会,增进"全球福祉".古为今用,让优秀传统文化真正服务于职业教育人才培养.

Combining moral and technical education is a crucial mission in the reform and development of vocational education in the new era.Cultivating"Jianshi"characterized by profound moral integrity("Thick in Virtue"),thinking and debating ability("Eloquent in Speech"),and extensive knowledge and skills("Extensive in Doctrine and Technique"),is the objective of Mohist talent training.The ancient Mohist thought,focusing on universal love,respect for all kinds of labor,and the cultivation of"Jianshi"lays the spiritual foundation for talent training in modern vocational education.This philosophy,historically developed with an emphasis on moral education(prioritizing virtues)and practical education(focusing on skills),embeds the cultural genes of combining moral and technical education in modern higher vocational education.Modern higher vocational education can excel in talent cultivation through five dimensions:solidifying moral character building as the primary task;narrating inspiring vocational education stories to boost social recognition;emphasizing key abilities and practical training;advancing the"Three Reforms"in teacher,materials,and methods for innovative talent cultivation;and serving society to enhance"global welfare,"applying ancient wisdom to contemporary vocational education.
