研究性教学何以激发高职学生创新行为?
How can Research-based Teaching Stimulate Innovative Behavior among Higher Vocational College Students

Abstract
Innovative student behavior is an important manifestation of the educational quality in higher vocational colleges,and research-oriented teaching is a key action to enhance students'innovative behaviors.Based on the theory of cognitive-affective personality system,a survey of 1752 higher vocational college students revealed that teachers'implementation of research-oriented teaching can positively affect students'innovative behaviors.It can also indirectly enhance innovative behaviors by stimulating students'institutional identification and academic self-efficacy,with the indirect effects being greater than the direct effects.A chained mediation further indicates that students'institutional identification can effectively boost academic self-efficacy.However,it is regrettable that students'sense of institutional identification is low.Therefore,firstly,higher vocational colleges should focus on improving the teaching quality of teachers and enhancing students'institutional identification by showcasing the college's innovative features.Secondly,the teacher evaluation and assessment system should be readjusted,and a sound research-oriented teaching guidance system should be established to provide a positive institutional environment for research-oriented teaching.Thirdly,higher vocational colleges should construct and clear channels for student academic emotional feedback,improving the college's care for students'academic cognitive attitudes and emotional engagement in academics.关键词
