Research on the herbal essence in preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth on hair growth and its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the ability of herbal essence in preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth.Methods The effects of herbal essence in preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth on the proliferation and antioxidant capacity of dermal papilla cell(DPC)were determined by cell counting kit-8,and the impacts of herbal essence in preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth on the expression of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory key genes of DPC were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.The effects of promoting hair growth were verified by animal experiments.Results Herbal essence(250 μg/ml)in preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth could significantly promote DPC proliferation and antioxidant capacity,significantly inhibit interleukin-6(IL-6)and promote antioxidant-related genes.The expressions of glutamate-cysteine ligase modifier subunit gene(GCLM),heme oxygenase 1 gene(HMOX1),ferritin heavy chain 1 gene(FTH1),ferritin light chain gene(FTL)and NADv(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase 1(NQO1),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Animal experiments have shown that the herbal essence in preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth shortened the resting period of mouse hair follicles.Conclusion The herbal essence in preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth can significantly promote the proliferation,antioxidant and anti-inflammatory abilities of DPC,shorten the resting period of hair follicles and promote hair growth.关键词
