Abstract
Industry-education integration community is an organizational form that integrates industry,education and academia,aiming to improve the quality of talent cultivation,promote scientific and technological innovation and industrial transformation and upgrading.It is not only a partner of leading enterprises and high-level universities or vocational colleges in the industry,but also a collaborative innovation platform for industry organizations,research institutions,upstream and downstream enterprises and other parties.Industry-education integration community faces practical difficulties in policy,theory and operation levels in practice.It should take the construction of policy support system,organizational network,governance structure and value system of industry-education integration community as the breakthrough paths,further improve the top-level design and policy support,strengthen the industry guidance and demand orientation,deepen the school-enterprise cooperation and resources sharing,so as to promote the sustainable development of industry-education integration community,and provide talents guarantee and technical support for industry development.关键词
