针刺疗法在脑卒中"外周-中枢"双向调节康复理论下的应用进展
Application progress of acupuncture therapy under the rehabilitation theory of"peripheral-central"bidirectional regulation on stroke

Abstract
Post-stroke dysfunction has always been a hot and difficult topic in the field of rehabilitation treatment.As a traditional non-pharmacological therapy,acupuncture has achieved remarkable therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of stroke.With the deepening of research,more and more scholars regard acupuncture as a neuro-regulation technology and combine it with the recently proposed closed-loop rehabilitation theory of"peripheral-central"bidirectional regulation.Acupuncture improves physical symptoms through"peripheral intervention"of body acupuncture,promotes the remodeling of brain function,and activates functional brain regions through"central intervention"of scalp acupuncture to regulate neural plasticity,which has formed a distinctive"peripheral-central"bidirectional regulation acupuncture rehabilitation system and has been gradually applied to the clinical rehabilitation treatment of dysfunction in stroke patients.By consulting relevant literature,the clinical research of acupuncture based on the closed-loop theory of rehabilitation in recent years is summarized in this paper,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of stroke.关键词
