Research progress of systems biology in anti-hepatic fibrosis of traditional Chinese medicine components
摘要
Abstract
As a necessary stage for chronic liver injury to develop into cirrhosis or even liver cancer,with complex pathological and physiological processes,hepatic fibrosis is a difficulty in the field of liver disease treatment today.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in treating hepatic fibrosis by focusing on overall conditioning,taking pathogenesis as a basis,and treating according to syndrome differentiation.The systematic integration research method of systems biology coincides with the holistic treatment concept of TCM.The research method of omics is applied in systems biology to explore the pathological mechanism and treatment strategy of hepatic fibrosis,which provides a new research idea for finding ideal anti-hepatic fibrosis treatment methods and targeted drugs.In this paper,the research and application of systems biology methods in anti-hepatic fibrosis of TCM in recent years are reviewed.关键词
