中职教育"需求鸿沟"困境研究:理性人假设的视角
Study on the Dilemma of Demand Gap in Secondary Vocational Education:From the Perspective of Rational Man Hypothesis
摘要
Abstract
For over 20 years,the Chinese government has attached great importance to the development of secondary vocational education,but the demand for secondary vocational education among the public is very low,indicating the dilemma of a demand gap in secondary vocational education.From the perspective of the rational man hypothesis,the direct reason is that the expected lifetime benefits of secondary vocational education are lower than those of general high school education.The underlying reasons are the continuously rising college entrance examination admission rate,the lower proportion and poor type of secondary vocational students receiving higher education compared to general high school students,and the lower income and social status of the working class.Therefore,the strategies to bridge the gap in demand for secondary vocational education is to increase the proportion of high school admissions and reduce the proportion of secondary vocational admissions;increase the enrollment rate of secondary vocational school students;deepen the reform of the income distribution system and improve the income level of the working class.关键词
