老年肺癌患者围手术期肺康复的研究进展
Research progress on perioperative pulmonary rehabilitation in elderly lung cancer patients
摘要
Abstract
Lung cancer is the most common malignant tumor worldwide,with approximately 68%of patients developing symptoms after the age of 65.Surgery is the main treatment method for elderly lung cancer patients,and elderly lung cancer patients often have underlying diseases,which pose surgical risks and postoperative rehabilitation obstacles.Pulmonary rehabilitation is the development of personalized and comprehensive interventions for patients based on a comprehensive assessment of the patient,including but not limited to exercise training,health education,and behavioral changes,aimed at improving the physiological and psychological conditions of patients with chronic respiratory diseases.It has been proven that pulmonary rehabilitation can effectively improve the quality of life of lung cancer patients after surgery,and reduce the mortality and postoperative complications.This article reviews the relevant concepts of pulmonary rehabilitation,the significance of perioperative pulmonary rehabilitation for elderly lung cancer patients,the implementation content of perioperative pulmonary rehabilitation,and the prospects of pulmonary rehabilitation,providing references for clinical perioperative pulmonary rehabilitation of elderly lung cancer patients.关键词
