非生物型人工肝三种不同治疗模式在肝衰竭治疗中的研究进展
Research progress of three different treatment modes of non-bioartificial liver in the treatment of liver failure
摘要
Abstract
Liver failure(LF)is a clinical syndrome characterized by severe liver dysfunction caused by various etiologies,which has high mortality rate and poor prognosis.Due to the poor therapeutic efficacy of medical drugs,and the shortage of donors and high cost of liver transplantation,the treatment of non-bioartificial liver support system(NBALSS)is widely used in clinic as the most important treatment for LF.The treatment modes of NBALSS include plasma exchange(PE),double plasma molecular adsorption system(DPMAS),PE+DPMAS,etc.,which improve the hepatic function of patients in different degrees in clinic,but there are also some shortcomings.The clinical application characteristics of the above three different treatment modes are mainly expounded and summarized in this paper for reference.关键词
