免疫治疗控制恶性胸腔积液的研究进展
Research progress of immunotherapy in controlling malignant pleural effusion
摘要
Abstract
Malignant pleural effusion(MPE)refers to the presence of pathologically confirmed shed tumor cells or tumor cells found in pleural biopsy tissue in pleural effusion,and its occurrence and development are closely related to the patient's prognosis.The treatment measures of MPE can be divided into systemic therapy and intrathoracic local therapy,in which intrathoracic injection therapy is an important means to treat MPE,including thermal perfusion therapy,intrathoracic chemotherapy,anti-angiogenesis therapy,and immunotherapy.In them,intrathoracic chemotherapy and anti-angiogenesis therapy have achieved relatively remarkable results.Immunotherapy of MPE has a great development space and prospect,while there are few clinical researches on immunotherapy to control MPE,and more clinical data are urgently needed.Immunotherapy to control MPE is reviewed in this paper,aiming at providing a variety of ideas for the treatment of MPE and promoting the development of immunotherapy.关键词
