摘要
Abstract
Rotator cuff tear is one of the most common shoulder injuries,affecting over 40%of patients over the age of 60.With the development of minimally invasive technology,arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery has good clinical efficacy in relieving shoulder pain and restoring shoulder function.Massive rotator cuff tear refers to an injury with a tear greater than 5 cm in length or a rotator cuff tear containing two or more tendon ruptures,which generally requires surgical treatment.Research has shown that rotator cuff patches can improve the mechanical properties of postoperative rotator cuff tissue,promote the healing potential of the tendon-bone interface,improve the overall function of the shoulder joint,increase the thickness of the rotator cuff tendon,increase the mobility of the shoulder joint,and reduce the rate of re-tearing.With the continuous progress of tissue engineering,the research and application of rotator cuff patches are gradually becoming a hot field in the repair of massive rotator cuff tears.This article reviews the application and future development direction of patch technology for tendon-bone healing after massive rotator cuff tear surgery.关键词
