摘要
Abstract
Left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH)is the most common myocardial damage in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD),and ventricular septal thickening is an important quantitative index to evaluate LVH.The risk factors leading to LVH in CKD patients include hypertension,diabetes,volume overload,dialysis mode,anemia,secondary hyperparathyroidism,malnutrition,abnormal lipid metabolism and chronic inflammatory reaction,etc.These factors interact with each other and work together on the cardiovascular system,leading to changes in cardiac structure and function in CKD patients.At present,there are new risk factors such as N-terminal pro-B type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),osteoprotegerin and fibroblast growth factor 23,but there are still few studies on the pathogenesis and treatment of LVH in CKD patients.In the future,it is necessary to collect a large number of samples for further study to find corresponding targets for intervention and improve the prognosis of CKD patients.关键词
