情景模拟教学结合行动学习法在妇产科教学中的应用
Application of scenario simulation teaching combined with action learning method in gynecology and obstetrics teaching

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of applying scenario simulation teaching combined with action learning method in gynecology and obstetrics teaching.Methods Interns from the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from July to December 2022 were selected as the control group(n=38),and the conventional teaching method was implemented.Interns from January to June 2023 were selected as the study group(n=38),and the scenario simulation teaching combined with action learning method was implemented.The teaching achievements,learning initiative,thinking ability and teaching satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The teaching achievements(theoretical knowledge,case analysis,communication ability and practical ability)of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The adaptive learning system scores of the two groups after teaching were higher than those before teaching,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version scores of the two groups after teaching were higher than before,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total teaching satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scenario simulation teaching combined with action learning method in gynecology and obstetrics teaching can improve teaching achievement and learning initiative,enhance thinking ability and promote teaching satisfaction.关键词
