Abstract
In order to solve the problem of frequent unplanned shutdown,fault tree analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of oxychlorination unit in a vi-nyl chloride plant,and the abnormal fault tree of oxy-chlorination unit system was constructed.The main failure factors of oxychlorination unit were deter-mined,such as catalyst run loss and cyclone separa-tor fault blockage,showing good results after meas-ures were taken and applied.关键词
