Abstract
The construction,inspection and mainte-nance operation points of the oil sales enterprises are many and wide,with the characteristics of small and scattered,large risk,less experience,short construc-tion period,etc.,which has become the difficulty,pain point and the biggest risk point of the safety management of the oil sales enterprises.The promi-nent problems existing in the construction,inspection and maintenance safety supervision of refined oil sales enterprises were studied.Based on the current situa-tion of construction safety management of refined oil sales enterprises,the construction safety management methods were put forward.Practice had proved that:firstly,integrated the existing resources,strengthened the pre-construction supervision.The second was to innovate construction management methods and strengthen process accurate control.The third was to actively explore new construction safety technologies and new methods to improve the essential safety lev-el.Through a large number of management practices,the construction,inspection and maintenance viola-tions were significantly reduced,and the standardiza-tion of construction site management and operation was improved.关键词
