Study on modeling of high voltage passive EMI filter in electric drive system

Abstract
In engineering, passive EMI filter is usually used to suppress electromagnetic interference ( EMI) .Accurate filter model is of great significance to the performance simulation and optimal design of the filter.In this paper, the frequency variation characteristics of magnetic ring are equivalent, and its influence on EMI filter performance is analyzed by full circuit method.First, the common-mode and differential-mode high-frequency equivalent circuit models of the magnetic ring are built, and the model parameters are obtained by genetic algorithm.Based on the impedance calculation formula, the high frequency circuit model of X and Y capacitors is built and the parasitic parameters of bus bar, grounding and PCB routing are extracted by finite element method.According to the principle of common-mode and differential-mode equivalence, a full-circuit model of 9kHz-60MHz frequency band is built, corresponding to the actual structure of the filter and containing both common-mode characteristics and differential-mode characteristics.Finally, the validity of the model is verified by insertion loss and port impedance.关键词
