摘要

Abstract

Building a community of urban Community Governance based on digital technology has become the main direction and starting point to promote the modernization of grass-roots governance in China.Digital technology is a key factor and determining variable in this trend,helping to build a community of responsibility,value,action,and interests for urban communities in the context of new technologies.Cities in China actively explore and promote the construction of the regulations and platforms of community governance empowered by digital technologies,as well as the expansion of smart governance scenarios,which has made a great progress. However,it is far from enough.A scientific concept of community governance empowered by digital technologies are expected to be established,its mechanism to be improved,its technological risks to be prevented more effectively,and its capabilities to be upgraded.In the future,on the basis of clarifying the main responsibilities of community governance under the digital background,we should make full use of the latest digital technology to promote orderly and efficient communication and interaction among community members,an effective"five community linkage"mechanism,promote comprehensive and effective consultation and co-governance,upgrade and build a community of"smart governance",and create a new pattern of urban community governance.
