地方经济增长压力对企业数字化转型的影响研究
The impact of local economic growth pressure on enterprise digital transformation

Abstract
Government departments play an important role in the process of enterprise digital transformation,and local governments transfer the pressure of economic growth goals to local enterprises,which in turn affects the digital transformation of enterprises.Based on the data of digital transformation from A-share listed companies and annual government work reports from 2007 to 2019 in China,this study explores the impact of local economic growth goal pressure on digital transformation of enterprises.The results show that excessive pressure of local economic growth inhibits digital transformation activities of enterprises in the jurisdiction,and the negative effects vary among economic endowments,industry attributes,and enterprise attributes in different regions.The mechanism analysis shows that the pressure of economic growth affects the digital transformation of enterprises through reducing direct resource supplementation from the government to enterprise technology investment,exacerbating enterprise financing constraints,and influencing the digital development environment within the jurisdiction.The research conclusions not only provide new ideas and perspectives for exploring macroeconomic growth and micro-enterprise high-quality development but also provide policy suggestions and insights for optimizing the management system of economic growth goals in the context of the digital economy era,enhancing government behavior management and upgrading of enterprise digital transformation.关键词
