The impact of business environment on high quality economic development
营商环境是企业生存发展的土壤,打造良好的营商环境是建设现代化经济体系、促进经济高质量发展的重要基础.运用动态面板数据模型,采用两步系统GMM估计方法,实证分析营商环境对经济高质量发展的影响.结果表明营商环境和经济高质量发展存在显著正相关关系.优化政务环境,有利于实现政府与市场的有效结合,提高市场资源配置效率,提升经济发展质量;优化市场环境,有利于推动我国开放型经济体制的建设与完善;优化法治环境,有利于保护市场主体合法权益,实现公平竞争,提高经济发展的质量与速度.
