论敏感个人信息的法律保护机制优化
On the optimization of the legal protection of mechanism for sensitive personal information:A review of relevant articles of China's Personal Information Protection Law
摘要
Abstract
In the context of information technology becoming the trend of the times,cases of infringing sensitive personal information are frequent,but it is difficult to effectively regulate them according to current laws and regulations.The recently promulgated Personal Information Protection Law in China pays special attention to sensitive personal information.Based on the advanced legal protection mechanisms of developed Western countries (regions ) and China 's national conditions,the law has achieved development and breakthroughs in legislative concepts,definition standards,and protection mechanisms.However,there is still room for improvement in specific legal provisions. It is recommended to try to further classify sensitive information categories,strengthen the rights of information subjects,refine the obligations of information processors,establish punitive compensation systems,and introduce independent third-party regulatory mechanisms to optimize and improve the legal protection mechanism for sensitive personal information.关键词
