压电陶瓷可以用来对框架结构的裂缝发展进行全过程监测.文章通过在一个二层两榀的混凝土框架结构中埋置压电陶瓷传感器的方法进行过程试验,先是采用动荷载施加的方法进行观测,然后对模型施加静力荷载,对两种状态下模型的裂缝发展过程进行全过程监测,并采用科学的方法对数据进行处理.结果表明,采用的方法能够较好地反映模型裂缝的发展过程.不足之处在于在试验过程中,容易受到周边环境的影响,在排除了其他干扰的情况下,采用压电陶瓷作为媒介对混凝土结构进行长期监测是可行的.

Piezoelectric ceramics can be used to monitor the entire process of crack development in frame structures.This paper conducts process tests by embedding piezoelectric ceramic sensors in a two-story concrete frame structure.Firstly,dynamic load is applied to observe the model,and then static load is applied to monitor the entire process of crack development in both states.Scientific methods are used to process the data,and the results show that the method used can better reflect the development process of model cracks.The downside is that during the testing process,it is susceptible to the influence of the surrounding environment.It is feasible to use piezoelectric ceramics as a medium for long-term monitoring of concrete structures without other interference.
