Study on the Healing Landscape Based on Public Mental Health Needs:A Case of Forest Light Health Care Area of Meixi Lake in Changsha City

Abstract
The relevant studies have shown that healthy landscape plays a positive role in relieving stress,reducing anxiety and uplifting spirit.Urban healing landscape is an important public space with psychological and physiological needs of the public as its entrance.Taking the Forest Light Health Care Area of Meixi Lake in Changsha City as the research object,this paper evaluated the psychological indicators of the population by combining landscape type,landscape space,landscape layout and plant configuration,and conducted correlation research on the experimental data.Based on the evaluation results,the paper explores how to meet the public mental health needs through urban healing landscape design and planning.关键词
