Abstract
The city wall is an important factor in building the pattern of the ancient city,and it is the largest historical building in the ancient city.With the development of the city,how to balance the protection of the city wall and the construction of the new city,how to excavate the value of the ancient city wall and enrich its connotation,and how to retain the ancient city style while realizing the utilization of the ancient city wall and other issues have become a systematic topic that urgently needs to be studied.This paper gives an brief overview of the historical value and architectural value of Xunxian Ancient Wall.Then starting from the problems existing in the protection and utilization of Xunxian Ancient Wall,by means of the concept of"heritage activation",the paper proposes the methods and measures for the protection of the ancient wall from five aspects of form protection,texture continuation,overall protection and activation,the formulation of planning and statues,and the enhancement of national awareness,and deeply discusses the methods and paths for the protection and utilization of the ancient wall.It aims to provide a useful reference for the study on the protection and utilization of historical buildings related to the ancient city walls at county level.关键词
