基于Kano模型的小学主入口接送空间优化研究
Research on the Optimization of Transfer Space at the Main Entrance of Primary Schools Based on Kano Model

Abstract
With the continuous progress of the times,the pressure of urban construction continues to increase,and there are problems,such as confusion in the use of passenger flow and traffic flow in the transfer space of primary schools.In order to analyze the problems of different space factors in the transfer space of primary schools,from the perspective of parent group satisfaction,this paper puts forward relevant design points for the optimization,transformation and upgrading of the transfer space in each primary school.Based on the characteristics of the transfer space in five primary schools in Qingdao,the paper observes and records the behavioral characteristics of the parents and children involved in the pickup and drop-off,summarizes 12 factors,such as the impact of the characteristics of the transfer space in primary schools and the satisfaction and comfort of the transfer space,and obtains data through Kano questionnaire and analyzes relevant issues.Finally,the corresponding design,transformation and optimization strategies are put forward for the main entrance of the transfer space in primary schools.This paper can provide a reference for the planning and transformation of the transfer space in primary schools.关键词
