武汉市"乡村振兴"产业用地保障措施研究
Study on Safeguard Measures for Industrial Land of Rural Revitalization in Wuhan City
摘要
Abstract
Under the background of rural revitalization,based on the development characteristics and main problems of rural industrial projects in Wuhan,this paper studies the industrial land safeguard measures from the aspects of planning preparation,use regulation,land supply,publicity and guidance,etc.by combining with the construction of territorial spatial planning system.It puts forward the safeguard measures for industrial land in rural revitalization from standardizing the formulation of industrial project planning,improving the control of land composite utilization and use,optimizing the path and management mode of land supply,and strengthening the publicity and guidance of planning knowledge.The paper also explores the optimization suggestions for the industrial land approval process in rural revitalization.关键词
