社会认知视角下城市邻避设施影响感知研究
Study on the Impact Perception of Urban NIMBY Facilities from the Perspective of Social Cognition:A Case of Lanzhou City
摘要
Abstract
Nimby impact refers to the impact of infrastructure on the surrounding residents due to its negative external effects.Based on the data of public questionnaire survey on NIMBY facilities,this paper uses the ordered logistic regression model to analyze the degree of public perception on the impact of NIMBY facilities at different levels of social cognition from three perspectives of social information,planning information and public participation.The regression results show that:①social information makes it difficult for the public to have a precise cognition on NIMBY facilities,and it has a significant effect on the impact of NIMBY facilities.②Understanding and attention on the publicity of planning information has a significant effect on reducing the impact of NIMBY facilities,but the public has little understanding of planning information,resulting in no significant effect.③Effective public participation can enhance the degree of public trust and significantly reduce the impact of NIMBY facilities.关键词
