Simulation and Experiment of the Influence of Loose Connecting Bolts Between Two Elements of 220 kV Post Porcelain Insulator on Vibration Detection

Abstract
According to the problems of loose connecting bolts between the two elements of post porcelain insulators in 220 kV substation,the influence on the vibration detection with the ZSW-110/10 series connection model is studied in depth.Firstly,the finite element numerical analysis model of the two-el-ement post porcelain insulator is established,and the transient analysis is carried out by pulse signal stimulation.When the insulator is normal,lower element fault,and upper element fault,the acceleration and power spectrum of the pickup point of the insulator are obtained respectively before and after bolt loosening between the two-element post porcelain insulators.Then,a 220 kV post porcelain insulator test bench is built to complete the fault simulation and experiment.The theoretical analysis and measured results are analyzed,for the normal and lower element fault insulator,the loosening of the connecting bolts will lead to the increase of vibration response spectrum harmonics,but will not affect the vibration detection results of the insulator body.However,for the upper element fault insulator,the amplitude of vibration response in the low and middle-frequency bands is larger,which is close to the amplitude of the high-frequency band,which will affect the vibration detection results of the main body of the post porcelain insulator to a certain extent.关键词
