Design and Application of New Automatic Dredging System of Leachate Grid in the Waste Incineration Power Plant
文章介绍了目前生活垃圾焚烧电厂中渗沥液格栅的设计现状:通常格栅只能采用人工疏通,存在极大的安全隐患.为有效降低恶劣环境下人工操作的危险性,通过具体案例给出新型渗沥液格栅自动疏通设备的设计思路和方案,且对其布置结构、特点等进行研究和总结,为垃圾焚烧发电厂渗沥液格栅的设计提供参考.
In this paper,the design status of leachate grid in domestic waste incineration power plant is introduced,and the grid can only be dredged manually,which has great security risks.In order to effectively reduce the insecurity of manual operation in harsh environment,this paper gives the design idea and scheme of the new automatic dredging equipment of leachate grille through specific case,and its layout structure and characteristics are studied and summarized in detail,privide reference for the design of leachate grille in the future waste power plant.
