Abstract
In the context of the new power system,fossil-fired power plant has changed from the main power supply function to the support power supply and regulation function.The change of function makes fossil-fired power plant need to make changes.Adding energy storage to fossil-fired power plant can improve the effect of peak and frequency regulation and gain peak and frequency regulation revenue.Based on the policies of Shanxi province's power spot market and auxiliary service market,measures the financial benefits of the fossil-fired power plant plus energy storage project in Shanxi province,and analyzes the economics and risks.关键词
