钠冷快堆二回路主冷却系统水锤数值模拟分析OA
Numerical Simulation Analysis of Water Hammer in Main Cooling System of the Second Circuit for Sodium-Cooled Fast Reactor
为研究水锤现象对钠冷快堆主冷却系统安全稳定运行的影响,借助某数值模拟软件对系统在不同工况下的瞬态水锤特性进行研究.结果表明:停泵不关阀时系统不会出现水锤现象;一条支路瞬时关阀时所有支路会出现严重的水锤现象;当钠泵和所有支路的阀门同时关闭时管路中的水锤现象最明显,延长两者的关闭时间、关闭间隔时间或在阀前后加入新的设备都可减弱水锤现象.最后,从反应堆的设计阶段、施工阶段和运行阶段分别提出预防及削弱水锤的建议.
In order to study the influence of water hammer on the safe and stable operation of the main cooling system of sodium-cooled fast reactors,the transient water hammer characteristics of the system under different working conditions were studied with the help of numerical simulation software.The results show that the system does not have water hammer when the pump is stopped and the valve is not closed.When the valve is closed instantaneously in one branch,serious water hammer will occur in all branches;Water hammer is most pronounced in the line when the valves of both the pump and all branches are closed at the same time,and can be attenuated by extending the closing time,the time between closings,or the addition of new equipment before and after the valves.Finally,recommendations are put forward to prevent and reduce water hammer from the design,construction and operation stages of the reactor.
