Abstract
The study aims to promote the effective integration of quality management system,environmental management system,occupational health and safety management system,work safety management system,and enterprise standard system in electric power survey and design enterprises.It proposes an overall strategy that includes measures such as developing a unified enterprise standard system table,dismantling management system elements,building an element comparison table,establishing a unified documented integration platform,and continuously improving through the application of the P-D-C-A cycle model.Through the implementation of this strategy,electric power survey and design enterprises can achieve coordinated operation among various systems,meet their respective management and control requirements,and effectively promote the continuous improvement of enterprise management level.关键词
