Design and application of an intelligent IoT meter box for state visualization
针对目前电表箱存在的通用式机械锁容易被外部人员打开,设备管理人员无法在第一时间获取相关信息,箱门长期未锁容易导致触电安全隐患、违约用电隐患等问题,设计一种状态可视化智能物联网电表箱,可以实现通过手机端和后台对电表箱进行远程控制,在箱门被外部人员打开后发送报警信息给设备管理人员,以缩短箱门非正常打开时长,降低安全隐患,提高电表箱精细化管理水平,从而为用户提供更加优质的用电服务.
The universal mechanical lock of the meter box are easily opened by external personnel,and the equipment management personnel are unable to obtain relevant information in time,so there are safety hazards such as electric shock and breach of contract electricity caused by the long term abnormal opening of meter box.Therefore,a state visualization intelligent IoT meter box is designed in this paper,which can achieve remote control of the meter box through mobile phones and backend,send alarm information to equipment management personnel after the box door is opened by external personnel,shorten the duration of abnormal opening of the box door,reduce safety hazards,improve the level of refined management of the meter box,and provide users with higher quality electricity services.
