Digital Economy Empowers New Quality Productive Forces:An Analytical Framework
摘要
Abstract
With disruptive technological innovation as the leading force and strategic emerging industries as the core carrier,the new quality productive forces have distinctive characteristics of affinity to people,coordination and openness.Relying on the digital economy to alleviate the triple constraints of"insufficient demand,oversupply,and weak expectations"is an important approach for the development of new quality productive forces.On the ba-sis of discussing the natural basis of the digital economy to empower new quality productive forces,this paper incorporates socio-economic and environ-mental factors within the framework of the traditional"demand-supply"dichotomy,and constructs a three-dimensional analysis framework of"demand side-supply side-environment side",so as to analyze the basic logic of digital economy empowering new quality productive forces.The analysis con-cludes that the digital economy can empower new quality productive forces by improving the level of disruptive technology innovation,driving the inno-vative development of strategic emerging industries,and fitting the natural characteristics of new quality productive forces.The policy implication of this paper is that it is necessary to vigorously develop the digital economy and strive to form a benign interaction between the digital economy,the disruptive technological innovation and the strategic emerging industries.关键词
