Accelerating the Formation of New Quality Productive Forces in the New Era:Focus,Difficulties,and Key Pathways

Abstract
In the new journey of building a prosperous nation and achieving national rejuvenation,we must continuously enhance our capacity for inde-pendent innovation,fully implement the new development philosophy,accelerate the formation of new quality productive forces,and steadfastly promote high-quality development.Based on the analysis of the urgency and necessity of accelerating the formation of new quality productive forces,this article proposes that such acceleration requires focusing on five aspects:technological innovation,emerging industries outlay,new industrialization develop-ment,human capital improvement,and production relation transformation.This article further points out the five major challenges in accelerating the formation of new productive forces:How to establish new institutional mechanisms adaptable to the development of new quality productive forces?How to enhance the effective supply capacity of foundational technologies for new quality productive forces?How to explore new areas and tracks for innova-tive development in manufacturing?How to mitigate structural obstacles hindering the formation of new quality productive forces?And how to improve the business environment conducive to the development of new quality productive forces?Finally,this article argues that promoting high-quality devel-opment with technological innovation,unleashing development potential through reform,actively constructing a modern industrial system,and compre-hensively advancing new industrialization are the key paths to accelerating the formation of new quality productive forces.关键词
