Cultural Origins,Typical Characteristics and Implications of Entrepreneurship:From the Perspective of Jinjiang Experience
摘要
Abstract
Culture is a vital source of spirit,while spirit is the reflection of times.Entrepreneurship in Jinjiang Experience is consistent in theory,origi-nated from culture,unique and inherited from its history.In terms of consistency,the spirit of adventure,startup,arbitrage,innovation and learning in entrepreneurship is highly related with the core connotation of Jinjiang Experience which is represented as"six persistences"and"five relation-ships".In terms of origins,entrepreneurship in Jinjiang Experience originated in Jinjiang culture which is the integration of central plain culture,cul-ture of Fujian and Zhejiang,oceanic culture and religious culture.In terms of uniqueness,typical characteristics of entrepreneurship in Jinjiang Experi-ence reveals the point of"courage",represented as the courage to image,the courage to act,the courage to keep on,the courage to create,the cour-age to love,and the courage to commit.From a continuity perspective,the entrepreneurial spirit in the Jinjiang Experience,in the unprecedented changes of the times,is particularly shown as the following:the coexistence of courage and kindness,the need for love and responsibility,the transfor-mation of competitive models,the embrace of digital technology,and the emphasis on intergenerational inheritance.关键词
