Abstract
The deep application of digital technology in traditional agricultural product trade has triggered a wave of digital development.This has formed an important driving force for the high-quality development of traditional agricultural product trade.At present,the agricultural trade between China and"the Belt and Road"countries is facing problems such as unbalanced regional layout,single structure of import and export market,and low degree of di-versity of products,which leads to the"large but not strong"agricultural trade cooperation among countries.In recent years,the Internet penetration rate,information and communication technology(ICT)utilization rate and ICT service export level of the countries along the"the Belt and Road"have increased year by year,which has laid a certain foundation for the development of the digital economy.By promoting the establishment of a higher level of agricultural product trade pattern,promoting the dual matching and optimization of supply and demand in agricultural product trade,reducing the cost of traditional agricultural product trade,and promoting new models and formats of agricultural product trade,digital development is deeply empowering the high-level and high-quality development of traditional agricultural product fields.At present,digitization empowering the high-quality development of agri-cultural product trade between China and countries along the route faces both the old and the new contradictions within and between countries,as well as severe challenges such as digital trade governance frictions and digital divide.In view of this,this paper proposes a feasible path for digital empowerment of high-quality development of agricultural trade between China and the"the Belt and Road"countries from the perspective of accelerating the deep inte-gration of the digital technology and the traditional agricultural trade,cultivating high-level talents in the field of digital trade,creating a digital technolo-gy community of sharing and co-researching,and coordinating the relationship between open cooperation and national security.关键词
