Research Progress and Prospect of the Intermediary Mechanism between Leadership Style and Employee's Initiative Behavior
摘要
Abstract
Leadership style is an important factor affecting employee's initiative behavior, and it has gradually become a hot issue in academic re-search.Through literature review,it is found that many variables play an intermediary role between them. This paper analyzes the mechanism of media-ting variables from six dimensions:employee's cognition, relationship state, organizational atmosphere, psychological factor, employee's motivation and work state, and summarizes the relationship framework between leadership style and employee's initiative behavior. The results show that the veri-fication of intermediary variables between leadership style and employee's initiative behavior mainly focuses on individual level. The research on group level is not enough. Each leadership style has different effects on employees'initiative behavior.Present researches mainly focus on the positive influ-ence,the positive stimulation and the negative weakening, and neglects the research of the negative and double-edged effects. In the future, research mechanisms on the impact of leadership styles on employee proactive behavior under different theoretical backgrounds can be explored, and the modera-ting effect, mediating effect, double moderating or double mediating effect chains in the model can be analyzed and verified. At the same time,atten-tion should be paid to the study of different leadership styles at the team level, with the combination of more variables and the construction of models as the key points of exploration. This is also the trend and the hot dynamic of research in this field.关键词
