Finance Supporting the Construction of Chinese Path to Modernization Industrial System:International Experience and Practical Path

Abstract
The 14th Five Year Plan outlines a grand blueprint for the construction of Chinese modern industrial system.As the core of serving the real economy,finance should play a greater role in the construction of Chinese modern industrial system.The Central Financial Work Conference proposed the goal of building a strong financial country and taking the path of financial development with Chinese characteristics,aiming to empower China's modern industrial system and better serve and support the high-quality development of the real economy.This article focuses on the problems faced by China's modern industrial system construction,such as imbalanced financial system structure,the lack of a modern financial system that is conducive to financing for corporate entities,and the low level of financial digitization.Drawing on the practical experience of developed countries such as the United States,Germany,and Japan,combined with the requirements of Chinese modern industrial system construction,based on five dimension:ra-tionality,universality,efficiency,progressiveness and security,this article proposes a practical path of constructing Chinese modern industrial system from five aspects:optimizing the modern financial structure system;building a diversified financial service system to support the development of rural industries;improving the system and mechanism of finance supporting scientific and technological innovation;accelerating the application of digital technology;and vigorously developing supply chain and industrial chain finance.关键词
