Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of preset suture method and traditional suture method during laparoscopic T tube suture.Methods The clinical data of patients who underwent laparoscopic T-tube suture in the Air Force Medical Center from Jun.2020 to Sep.2023 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients in the control group(n=24)recieved the traditional T-tube suture method,and patients in the study group(n=24)recieved the T-tube suture method with preset sutures:intermittent suture,and the sutures of the previous needle were not tightened when the needle was inserted and discharged.The time of T-tube suture and the positive rate of water injection test were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative suture time of T tube in the study group was lower than that in the control group[(12.61±0.88)min vs(17.62±0.58)min,t=-23.34,P<0.001]and the positive rate of water injection test in the study group was lower than that in the control group[0 vs 25%(6/24),P=0.029],the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The improved interrupted suture method using preset sutures can improve the laparoscopic suture speed and make the suture more accurate,which has obvious advantages over the traditional method.关键词
