乙烯基环氧有机硅增粘剂的合成及在加成型有机硅离型剂中的应用
Preparation of Viny-epoxy Modified Silicon Tackifier and Application in Addition Silicone Release Agents

Abstract
The vinyl-capped epoxy polysiloxane(VEPS)was successfully synthesized via hydrolysis-condensation reaction with dimethoxydimethylsilane(DMDMS),dimethylethoxyvinylsilane(DMEVS),and 3-glycidyloxypropyl(dimethoxy)methyl-silane(GDMMS)as precursors.The structures of the synthesized VEPS was characterized by Fourier-transform infrared(FT-IR)and nuclear magnetic resonance(1H/29Si-NMR)spectroscopy techniques,thus confirming the successful synthesis of this prepolymers.The as-prepared VEPS was utilized as a tackifier in the solvent-free addition silicone release agents(ASRA).The relationships between the incorporation content of VEPS and the release force,the residual splice rate,and adhesion of ASRA on the gration base paper were exploited.The results indicate that the resistance to desilication of ASRA with 2% VEPS was extended from 3 days to more than 30 days at 75℃and 85% RH ambient conditions,indicating excellent substrate adhesion to gration base paper.Meanwhile,the residual splice rate of ASRA remains roughly 91%;the aging 24 h release force only increased by about 10.9%.Notably,the adhesion of ASRA with 2% of VEPS on gration base paper,copper plate paper,thermal-sensitive paper,and PE coated paper has been dramatically enhanced.关键词
