海洋真菌Talaromyces sp.1116的次生代谢产物研究

摘要
Abstract
Four aromatic compounds,including 2 isocoumarin derivatives and 2 polyhydroxyanthranones,were isolated from the fermented crude extracts of the Talaromyces sp.1116 from the South China Sea by various chromatographic chromatography techniques.Finally,their structures were identified as penicixanthones G(1),penicixanthones A(2),sclerotinin A(3),6-methoxymellein(4).The strain 1116 was identified as Talaromyces fungus by 18S rDNA sequence analysis.This paper reports the isolation and identification of these 4 compounds in the Talaromyces sp.1116.关键词
