摘要
Abstract
Enzymes are natural catalysts and have a good catalytic performance under different conditions.For many years,in order to promote the rapid development of the biological industry,industrial industry and so on,enzymes have become an important research method.At present,VC,VB2 and VB12 are produced by fermentation method,while other vitamins are mainly generated by chemical synthesis methods,and the applications of enzyme catalysis are gradually increasing.Different types of enzymes have different catalytic effects under different substrates and conditions.关键词
