碳中和背景下微藻生物固碳技术探究
An Investigation of Microalgae Biological Carbon Sequestration Technology in the Context of Carbon Neutrality

Abstract
The biological carbon sequestration technology is a sustainable carbon emission reduction method,which can enhance the carbon emission reduction capacity and realize the dual carbon goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.Through literature analysis and comparative analysis method,this article analyzes the microalgae species selection and cultivation technology,and explores the harvesting methods for microalgae and their derived applications.The results show that microalgae organisms with stronger carbon sequestration capacity and better survival ability can be obtained through the method of environmental screening+genetic engineering.Under the condition of the photobioreactor,the reasonable control of various indexes,such as light,temperature,pH,CO2 concentration,gas transfer and nutrients can effectively enhance the reproduction and development of microalgae organisms,and further increase the effect of microalgae carbon sequestration.When promoting the applications of microalgae biological carbon sequestration technology,it is necessary to consider the selection and cultivation of highly efficient carbon sequestering microalgae varieties,microalgae growth environment factor regulation and control technology,in oder to enhance the comprehensive benefits of microalgae biological carbon sequestration technology.关键词
