摘要

Abstract

To achieve environment friendly and low-cost lithium extraction from seawater,a co-axial microfluidic technology combined with a solvent evaporation method was employed to prepare polystyrene microcapsules coating a deep eutectic solvent(methyl trioctyl ammonium chloride/decanoic acid).The resulting microcapsules exhibits uniform spherical morphology.These microcapsules were employed as Li+adsorbents,and a systematic investigation was conducted to study the effects of adsorption time,temperature,solution pH,initial Li+concentration,and solid-liquid ratio on Li+adsorption capacity and extraction efficiency.The results demonstrate a maximum Li+adsorption capacity of 32 mg·g-1 when adsorbing Li+from aqueous solutions.Furthermore,the distribution ratio of Li+from simulated seawater by microcapsules is 10.22 L·g-1 under alkaline conditions.
