摘要
Abstract
Sialic acid and sialyllactoses have various biological functions in living organisms,and their applications in food,health products,medicine,and cosmetics are becoming increasingly widespread.However,traditional synthesis methods have low efficiency and cannot meet the growing market demand.Therefore,the use of sustainable biotechnology to efficiently and safely synthesize sialic acid and sialylactose is receiving increasing attention.This article provides a systematic summary and comparison of the technical routes for biosynthesis of sialic acid and sialylactose,including in vitro enzyme catalysis based on protein engineering,whole cell catalysis,as well as cell factories based on synthetic biology.It also analyzes and looks forward to strategies for further increasing production and future development directions for strain modification.关键词
