Practice and Exploration on Ideological and Practical Education in"Food Microbiology"under the Background of New Engineering

Abstract
In order to implement the essential task of cultivating virtue and and nurturing individuals in the new era,based on the course content"Food Microbiology"and the characteristics of students,this paper integrates the ideological and political elements from the perspectives of patriotism and dialectical materialism,and explores the practical implementation of curriculum reform.The addition of curriculum ideological and political objectives,the addition of teaching ideological and political elements,and the integration of curriculum content and curriculum ideology and politics can not only optimize the teaching mechanism,improve the teaching evaluation system,and enhance the teachers'scientific literacy,but also improve the learning efficiency of students,realize the purpose of collaborative education,and provide references for the teaching reform of food-related courses.关键词
