一株新型高效聚磷菌Glutamicibacter sp.G2的分离鉴定及除磷特性

Abstract
Phosphorus-accumulating bacteria(PAOs)plays an important role in the enhanced biological phosphorus removal(EBPR)system.Exploring new and efficient phosphorus-accumulating bacteria and optimizing the optimal phosphorus removal process are of great significance for the further development of biological phosphorus removal technology in wastewater.This paper uses enrichment and domestication,and separation and purification,combined with MOPS blue and white spots(10x)and initial screening and Albert particle re screening and other methods,to selected a high-efficiency phosphorus-accumulating bacterium G2 from sludge samples of a sewage treatment plant,which is identified as Glutamicibacter halophytocola.The effects of pH,temperature,inoculation amount,initial phosphorus content,and cation concentration in water on the growth and phosphorus removal of strain G2 are investigated through a single factor experiment.The results show that under the initial phosphorus concentration of 30 mg/L,pH 8.0,8.0%inoculation amount,and temperature of 32 ℃,the phosphorus removal rate of the strain can reach 78.79%after 72 hours of fermentation.Meanwhile,2.0%Mg2+can significantly improve the phosphorus removal rate of strain G2 in artificially synthesized wastewater by 17.50%.The Glutamicibacter sp.G2 screened in this paper has a good phosphorus removal effect in artificially synthesized wastewater,and is expected to provide excellent bacterial resources for biological phosphorus removal technology in wastewater.关键词
