摘要

Abstract

The effects of salt stress on extracellular polysaccharide accumulation and antioxidant activity of Chlorella were studied,and other physiological indexes were analyzed.The results indicate that the exopolysaccharide yield of Chlorella was 0.065 3 mg/mL,the scavenging rate of hydrogen peroxide is 11.96%,and the scavenging rate of DPPH free radical is 0.98%under no salt stress.When the saltconcentration is 6 g/L,the exopolysaccharide yield reached 0.114 3 mg/mL,the hydrogen peroxide clearance rate is 44.57%,and the DPPH free radical clearance rate is 3.25%.Meanwhile,the chlorophyll content is 8.7 mg/L,the protein content is 162.62 ug/mL,and the malondialdehyde content is 165.83 umol/mL,which are all the hingest in the experimental group.It indicates that theappropriate concentration of saltstress can improve the accumulation of extracellular polysaccharide and the synthesis of other effective products of Chlorella.
