Abstract
In order to explore the comprehensive utilization of water resources in coastal areas,relieving the contradiction between water resources and economic development and environmental improvement,taking Baguang District of Shenzhen as an example.Based on the new requirements of high-quality development of water conservancy at this stage and the advanced experience of comprehensive utilization of water resources,low utilization rate of regional water resources development,lack of water supply sources for users,imperfect water transmission and distribution equipment,the regional strategic plan of"rain and flood priority,regeneration supplement,seawater pilot and groundwater emergency reserve"was put forward,a comprehensive utilization system of water resources was formed,which was"multi-water overall planning,salt and water coordination,innovation and saving,demonstration and driving",a"blue-green,intensivea nd economical,efficient and practical,safety resilience"water supply network was constructed,water resources was fully utilized,which solved the bottleneck of the shortage of municipal miscellaneous use and river landscape water in the area,greatly improved the urban living environment and met the people's needs for a beautiful environment.It was conducive to promoting the construction of the national pilot demonstration zone in Shenzhen,and at the same time,the comprehensive utilization strategy scheme and utilization system with coastal characteristics were formed,which provided ideas and technical references for the comprehensive development and utilization of water resources in other coastal cities.关键词
